Meet our CEO and Chief Instructor
Melvin Earle
CEO and Chief Instructor Melvin Earle was born and raised in Washington, DC and has been protecting and serving the DC, Maryland & Virginia area for over two decades. He is a DCJS and NRA-certified firearms instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer and an American Red Cross Instructor. Chief Instructor Melvin Earle served in law enforcement, armed security, and executive protection. He also has a deep background in all aspects of security, including account management, operations, field management, and director of training.
Our CEO brings his elite and tactical experience in firearms and range safety to every aspect of the Academy. He is passionate about serving and training and assures that each individual is focused, alert, and engaged by using critical thinking techniques.
